Whether you're familiar with or new to counselling, meeting someone for the first time can be nerve wracking. This is totally normal, and I'd love to help you feel as comfortable as possible before your first visit. Here's information about what to expect, where to go when you arrive, and more! Before Your Session You'll be emailed a brief Intake and Consent form to review and complete before your first appointment if possible. The form is kept confidential and stored on a
